Responsibilities:
- Explain insurance policies to new and existing clients via zoom (NO COLD CALLING!)
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Have knowledge of mortgage protection, final expense, paycheck protection, etc
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
- Attend ongoing training sessions
- Previous experience in customer service/call center or other related HR fields is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must be 18 years old
